The big attribution players told us we finally knew what the customer journey looked like through clicks. I've been building my own tool called Halo specifically because I don't believe that's true.
There's so much human-level data that multi-touch attribution just doesn't capture. That's why when I got introduced to Jason Zigelbaum at Zigpoll a few weeks ago, I had to get him on my podcast. Here's the breakdown:
