A lot of brands are trying to figure out TikTok Shop right now. There has been a lot of updates lately!
The first question is usually... “How do we get on it?” Fair question. But honestly, that is only step one. The better question is... “What do we do once we are there?”
Because getting approved and setting up your shop does not create revenue by itself.
You need a plan.
You need to know which products to launch with.
You need creator outreach running before you expect sales.
You need commissions that actually motivate affiliates.
You need samples moving.
You need content volume.
You need shop health protected.
You need inventory ready if something takes off.
And eventually, you need paid amplification so the winners scale.
